How much does this cost?
It depends on what you need, but we try to keep it approachable. Business setup work can be flat-fee. Development and consulting can be hourly or milestone-based. If there is a simpler, cheaper path, we will usually suggest that first. Discounts are available for non-profits and early-stage founders.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We would rather earn trust one step at a time than lock anybody into something huge.
How long does a typical project take?
Business setup is usually a few days to a couple of weeks. A simple website can be 1-2 weeks. Automation and custom tools vary, but we will tell you what can ship quickly and what can wait for later.
I'm not sure what I need. Can you help me figure it out?
Yes. A lot of people come to us with a problem, not a spec sheet. We can help sort the ideas into something manageable.
Do you work with businesses outside Toronto?
Yes. We are based in Toronto and work remotely with people across Canada and beyond.
What's the deal with AI? Is it actually useful?
Sometimes yes, sometimes absolutely not. It is useful for repetitive tasks, intake, booking, call notes, and follow-ups. It is not magic, and we will tell you when a simpler tool is the better call.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Usually, yes. We will need a little time to see what is salvageable, but rescue work is pretty common.
What if I just need advice, not a full project?
That is completely fine. We are happy to help with one-off questions, reviews, and short consulting sessions.
How do I get started?

Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, if you need one. We try not to make the early conversation too paperwork-heavy, but we understand that some projects need it.
