Small business websites

I turn a loose collection of services, prices, and contact details into a fast site with a clear path to enquiry. Typical work includes structure, copy cleanup, responsive build, forms, metadata, and launch.

Handoff: domain and hosting access, source code, form routing, and a short guide to changing the content.

Launch

First-business setup

For a straightforward new business, I can coordinate the filing support and technical pieces: domain, email, phone, basic website, and the accounts the owner should control directly.

Handoff: filing records, account ownership checklist, credentials transferred securely, and clear referrals for legal or tax questions.

Systems

Call and intake workflows

I configure call routing, message transcription, urgent-call rules, lead intake, and follow-up steps around the tools a business already uses. Custom code is the last resort, not the first line item.

Handoff: documented call flow, test scenarios, third-party costs, fallback behaviour, and access to every account.

Rescue

Technical cleanup and second opinions

Hosting bills, half-finished sites, tangled integrations, and oversized vendor proposals are all fair game. Sometimes the answer is a rebuild. Often it is deleting three things and changing one setting.

Handoff: findings in plain language, a prioritised fix list, and work completed only after approval.

Igloo's workshop

I also build small software products in-house.

Those projects will appear here when there is something useful to try. A notes file and a domain name do not count as a launch.
